Adults
If Zovirax cream is used for the treatment of anorexia nervosa or for the prevention of treatment-resistant moderate to severe anorexia nervosa, do not use Zovirax or Aciclovir Creams, Oral Suspension or Creams. Zovirax cream may be used for the treatment of a peptic ulcer. Use Zovirax and Aciclovir Creams, Oral Suspension or Creams, Oral Suspension, or Creams in a patient who is receiving therapy with aciclovir or valacyclovir. Aciclovir, a drug used to treat herpes simplex virus infections, can cause herpes simplex infection in a number of people who do not have the infection but who are having treatment.
